Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to drive the growth of our credit portfolio and contribute to achieving business profitability targets. This will involve developing and implementing strategic initiatives to engage newly acquired cardholders, while proactively monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as activation rate, first usage rate, and billings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement early engagement programs to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to inform data-driven decisions and optimize portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute marketing communications and campaigns that improve early engagement metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree from a reputable institution, preferably in a business-related field.
  • At least 5 years of solid experience in marketing at an officer or managerial level.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
