Business Development Position

Join our sales team as an Account Executive and take advantage of opportunities to develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a portfolio of key customers and establish strong business relationships with them.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service, upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers.
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and provide competitor feedback to support business growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead follow-up and market research.
  • Closing new business deals by meeting potential clients, understanding their needs and providing relevant solutions.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.

Ideal Candidate
  • The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in B2B Sales or Account Management role preferably in the Electronics industry.
  • The candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be goal-oriented, work well in fast-paced environments and be a strong networker.
  • Should be able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
