Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing production-grade AI that combines state-of-the-art language models with conventional machine learning techniques
  • Designing and implementing workflows that integrate LLMs and Generative AI frameworks
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to build and deploy AI-powered features within our EXUS Financial Suite

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's or Ph.D. preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in building ML/AI solutions, including hands-on work with LLMs or Generative AI in production
  • Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with GenAI coding assistants
  • Experience with LLM fine-tuning methods, such as Supervised Fine-Tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback
  • Familiarity with ML/DL frameworks like scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
  • Knowledge of MLOps and observability tools, including MLflow, Kubeflow, or LangSmith
  • Solid theoretical foundation in statistics, probability, optimization, and ML fundamentals

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CI/CD and observability using Git-based automation and monitoring tools
  • Exposure to data and feature pipelines with tools like Airflow, Spark, or Kafka
  • Familiarity with cloud-native development on AWS, Azure, or GCP, including containerized deployment and basic infrastructure-as-code
  • Understanding of API and system architecture, including event-driven design and API exposure
  • Awareness of security and compliance in ML, including responsible-AI practices and secure deployment
