The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing technical and financial management monitoring support, assisting in the development and implementation of policy-level strategies and activities, and evaluating and monitoring identified NDC project/program/investment activity. The analyst will work closely with the Development Management Officer IV to prepare project-related materials, provide technical support to the Special Projects Group, and assist in portfolio management and performance tracking.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree preferably in Management/Business/Finance/Economics or another related field, and at least one year of relevant work experience in program and project management. They will also possess excellent analytical, written, oral communication skills, research experience, and detail orientation. In addition, they should have a good understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

The Financial Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements, and develop strategies to drive efficiency and productivity. They will also analyze financial data and develop recommendations to improve financial performance, and develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
