As a Sales Group Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the sales team's activities, including monitoring and updating various systems and databases. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Tasks:
  1. Broker Updates: Update broker renewal and movement once requirements are forwarded to the Sales Management group.
  2. Sales Group Creation: Create sales groups for newly hired sellers/brokers.
  3. Portal Management: Deactivate seller's portal and hold access of all inactive sellers and brokers every end of the month in AX.
  4. Financial Updates: Accurately update bank account numbers and request vendor creation to Accounting.
Additional Responsibilities:
  1. TOU Upgrades: Endorse TOU upgrade to concerned departments and provide assistance to client TOO orphan account.
  2. Compliance: Ensure that requirements are met for TOU upgrade requests.
  3. Notification: Consistently monitor updates of TOU and inform coordinators/sellers once request is approved and completed.
Help Desk Support:
  1. Client Support: Assist sellers and clients by addressing and securing approval of their account management concerns.
  2. Recommendations: Provide sound recommendations to each concern.
