Financial Planning Analyst

Job Description
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Analyst to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in driving financial strategy, forecasting, and analysis to support key business decisions.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and possess excellent communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and execute the company's financial planning processes, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Work closely with senior management to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Oversee the annual budgeting process, provide insightful analysis of variances, and develop accurate financial forecasts to guide decision-making.
  • Performance Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to leadership, highlighting key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments to gather relevant financial data and ensure alignment of financial goals with operational objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis in a multinational company preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
