**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Payment Processing Specialist to join our Payments Settlements Services (PSS) team. The ideal candidate will handle and analyze requests, escalations, and enquiries from clients related to international payments, domestic direct debits, and more.

The successful candidate will actively collaborate with other divisions within the Payments Department to prevent escalations and ensure compliance with Risk and Compliance rules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and analyze client requests and escalations related to international payments and direct debits.
  • Collaborate with other departments to allocate and prevent escalations.
  • Ensure compliance with risk and compliance rules.
  • Create and follow up on files for incoming payments that could not be executed.
  • Provide recommendations to reduce automatic payment errors and improve quality.

Minimum Qualifications and Capabilities:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Analytical, flexible, open-minded, and a team player.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Client-driven approach.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • MS Office proficient.
  • Results-driven self-starter.
