Job Description

The primary objective of this Client Services Analyst role is to provide exceptional client services to financial institutions. This involves delivering efficient and high-quality support, encompassing both pre-sales and post-sales assistance.

Key responsibilities include interpreting, normalizing, and reconciling data from third parties and/or clients, as well as inputting manager estimates, transactions, investments, and market values into the Solovis environment from manager statements or data portals.

Additionally, the role requires monitoring daily tasks from the business process management system, assisting with loading additional data sets to support client reporting needs, and understanding client fund structure and operations to make appropriate data decisions and recognize data discrepancies.

  • Interpret, normalize, and reconcile data from third parties and/or Solovis clients
  • Input manager estimates, transactions, investments, and market values into the Solovis environment from manager statements or data portals
  • Monitor daily tasks from the business process management system
  • Assist with loading additional data sets to support client reporting needs
  • Understand client fund structure and operations to make appropriate data decisions and recognize data discrepancies
  • Handle client issue resolution
Required Skills and Qualifications

For success in this position, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, MATCH, INDEX, SUMIFS, etc.). Basic finance knowledge or a desire to learn is also required.
