Nexus is a future spin-off marketing services agency under Linkage Group that aims to serve clients with their marketing needs, including Social Media Marketing, on the ground Events & Activations, ECommerce, and Market Research.
Job DescriptionThe E-Commerce Specialist will report to the Nexus General Manager / Head of Marketing Services. This role will oversee the strategy and implementation of e-commerce campaigns, optimize online sales channels, and ensure that all digital commerce efforts are aligned with business objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Ecommerce Strategy: conceptualization and continuous iteration of ecommerce strategy, including portfolio management, promo conceptualization, spotting growth opportunities.
- Ecommerce Execution: translating strategic efforts into execution with excellence, including timely listing of products, participation in ecommerce promotions, budget management.
- Ecommerce Operations: ensuring ecommerce orders are fulfilled in a timely manner by guaranteeing stock availability, timely stock picking, and timely dispatch of goods.
- People Management: leading customer service representatives and operations team members to ensure effectiveness of team in fulfilling key objectives.
- At least 2 years of experience in a creative agency or ECommerce background.
- Flexibility in handling different roles and hats, especially in the first phase of the company.
