We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Real Estate Leasing and Social Media Coordinator. This position combines two key responsibilities:
- Leasing Coordination
- Act as primary point of contact for prospective tenants, schedule apartment showings, follow up with tenants, and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Social Media Management
- Manage and update social media accounts with relevant content, create engaging posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments or inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills for clear and professional interactions.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic computer programs (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Comfortable working remotely and handling tasks independently.
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) is a plus.
- Prior experience in real estate leasing or property management is beneficial but not required.
