This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional results, developing strong business relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance metrics. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying leads, executing introductory calls, and collaborating with the leadership team to develop strategies that deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities
- Qualify prospects using data-driven insights and self-prospecting strategies
- Drive revenue growth by scheduling customer meetings and conference calls with prospective clients
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales metrics and revenue targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze conversion metrics on various lead-generation inputs
- Maintain and update the Customer Relations Management (CRM) database
- Prepare accurate reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as defined by management
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of sales experience required; BPO experience preferred
- Candidate must be eager to learn and develop a career in the digital services industry
- Strong ability to learn new technologies, organize, and be adaptable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills by video and in writing
- Ability to effectively articulate the distinct aspects and benefits of our services and products
- Proven relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate with internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience in a related field
- Advanced proficiency with computer skills, including Google Workspace
Home Office Requirements:
- Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid
- Computer with at least 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent or better
