Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Associate to address inbound customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.

This role involves being the primary point of contact between the organization and customers, engaging with companies across the globe. The right candidate will be responsible for addressing customer concerns via email, phone, and live chat.

The key responsibilities include:

About You
  • You have experience working directly with customers, preferably in a SaaS environment
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • You're detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • You have a growth mindset and are self-motivated in your approach to learning and development
  • You enjoy working with technology and have experience with tools like Intercom and Salesforce
