Junior Business Analyst Role Overview

The Junior Business Analyst plays a key role in working with internal teams to elicit and explore feature ideas and requirements. This involves meeting with clients to analyze and document their individual needs, creating high-level and detailed user stories of solution features and functions.

  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and refine product requirements.
  • Meet with clients to gather information about their needs and expectations.
  • Create detailed user stories that capture the essential functionality and features of products or services.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications for developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project scope and timelines.

This role requires strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate should have experience working in agile environments and be proficient in using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Junior Test, Product, or Business Analyst in agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of business process mapping and data flow.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use different visualization tools to communicate complex information.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
