Administrative Operations Manager

The Senior Secretary plays a crucial role in the internal affairs of Starlight Business Consulting Services Inc. This position oversees external relations, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support
Provide high-level administrative support to executives and department heads, ensuring efficient time management and prepared reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings, maintain and organize confidential files, records, and documents, and assist in planning and executing company events, meetings, and conferences.
2. Internal Operations Management
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies, and coordinate with different departments to streamline processes and improve workflow, monitor and manage office supplies, budget allocations, and procurement processes.
3. External Relations and Government Coordination
Act as the primary liaison between the company and external stakeholders, including government agencies, ensure compliance with government regulations, permits, and environmental requirements, facilitate the preparation and submission of necessary documentation for regulatory approvals, establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, and other business contacts.
4. Compliance and Documentation
Ensure proper documentation of company records, contracts, and regulatory requirements, monitor and track deadlines for reports, submissions, and renewals, support legal and compliance teams in maintaining up-to-date records and policies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field, strong knowledge of office management, organizational procedures, and government compliance, experience in liaising with government agencies is an advantage, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software, high level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
