Customer Support Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service experience through accurate issue resolution, effective communication, and timely responses.
  • Create or update customer information in the client database during and after each interaction.
  • Complete accurate records of every customer transaction or interaction, while maintaining professionalism when dealing with customers and clients.
  • Attend upskill trainings to enhance skills applicable to tier level and stay updated on product & service information.
  • Adhere to operation/tier level performance goals and meets minimum goal on performance scorecard.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate (or equivalent), with good English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Basic knowledge in computer navigation and MS Office applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective communication skills, computer navigation skills, customer service orientation, active listening Skills, problem solving Skills, technology skills.
