Responsibilities
  • Support the Technical Account Management Team with the implementation and setup of our clients on our products
  • Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting to ensure client success
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our products through hands-on experience and interaction with subject matter experts
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Front End Web Development experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Sublime, Google Apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, BrowserStack, and other relevant tools
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms, preferably online ad serving systems on desktop and mobile
  • Ability to distill complex issues into clear written and verbal recommendations
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel; basic knowledge of Web-based technologies (HTML, FTP, cookies, web beacons, etc.)
  • Strong command of standard American English grammar and usage, both oral and written
  • Highly motivated and self-directed
  • Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with other teams
