What you'll be doing

  1. Deliver packaging innovation for NPDs.
  2. Gather and manage the inputs and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, Bakery R&D, Food Shop R&D, Wholesale Team, Quality Assurance, the different Production Plants, and External Partners.
  3. Prepare Technical Product Specifications. Ensure that technical product specs are appropriately documented.
  4. Prepare packaging prototypes and TMS data.
  5. Lead initial cost evaluations.
  6. Define realistic project timelines with key stakeholders.
  7. Monitor and drive progress and adherence to the timeline through to launch.
  8. Prepare Testing Plans, and Conduct Functionality Testings, Trundle Testing, and TMS Testing.
  9. Review and approve, Soft Data proofs, Hard Data Proofs, and LSDs.
  10. Prepare and release, Evaluation Memos, Implementation Memos, and PMS forms.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a packaging, manufacturing, R&D or QA background.
  • Demonstrated expertise in packaging design, materials, and production processes
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement efficient solutions
  • Experience in project management, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards related to packaging.
