We are looking for experienced professionals to join our team as Solution Engineers.

Your primary goal will be to help customers understand and utilize the value of our cutting-edge data platform.

You will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to provide technical expertise and make our customers successful.

This role requires a deep understanding of modern data stacks, ETL/ELT, data warehouse/lake, data science, and data apps.

The ideal candidate should have excellent presentation skills and be able to communicate complex technical information to both technical and executive audiences.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about innovation, has strong analytical skills, and can think creatively to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical expertise to customers and internal stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes

  • Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies

  • Develop and deliver presentations and demos to various audiences

  • Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing sales engineering or technical pre-sales

  • Strong technical skills in modern data stacks, ETL/ELT, data warehouse/lake, data science, and data apps

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to adapt to change
