JK Network Services is a leading provider of business process outsourcing services. We are seeking a highly skilled individual to manage our timekeeping solutions and ensure seamless implementation and maintenance of our UKG system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of leading implementation and ongoing migration, maintenance, and administration of UKG
  • Responsible for developing program specifications for system components
  • Will coordinate testing of new application releases/bundles and act as SME to address application issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT or any related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in BPO
  • 7 years of experience with Kronos/UKG and cloud applications
  • Strong background in UKG Workforce Central Time and Attendance
