Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to support a 6-week website rebuild and execute ongoing marketing initiatives. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who is confident managing content, coordinating with stakeholders, and delivering high-impact marketing assets.

The ideal candidate is culturally aligned, detail-oriented, and can thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be working closely with the internal team to execute marketing tasks with excellence.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and support the execution of a 6-week website rebuild project
  • Draft and schedule LinkedIn content (main focus) and Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) campaigns
  • Assist in maintaining and updating website content (no CRM or Webflow management required)
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of materials
  • Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Provide ad hoc marketing support as needed throughout the contract duration

Requirements:

3–5 years of proven experience in a marketing coordinator or similar role

Strong content coordination skills, with hands-on experience in managing social media (especially LinkedIn) and EDMs

Experience supporting website-related projects or rebuilds

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills

Positive, proactive, and culturally aligned with high-performance teams (a 'wow' culture fit is essential)

Comfortable working as a contractor with the ability to start immediately
