Professional Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous professional to manage and process claims, resolve issues, and provide support to our clients while upholding quality and integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Follow-up outstanding insurance claims, documenting all follow-ups and communicating with patients effectively.
- Send claims and necessary attachments to the insurance provider in a timely manner.
- Determine denial validity and address them properly to minimize delays.
- Generate reports and ensure their timely completion to facilitate smooth operations.
- Resubmit and reprocess claims, including grievances and appeals, to achieve optimal results.
- Clear rejected claims on a regular basis to maintain efficiency.
- Update office trackers to include payments and addressed claims for accurate record-keeping.
- Complete assigned follow-ups and generate EFT reports to enhance client satisfaction.
- Post insurance payments and retrieve Electronic Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) from portals to streamline processes.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills, with minimal accent when speaking.
- Background in dental insurance or collections industries is highly desirable.
- A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on collections experience is required.
- The ideal candidate must be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and follow-up skills are essential for success.
