Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end profit and loss (P&L) management for the IC PH Bestsellers Masterbrand
- Contribute to the Annual Business Plan and Monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) cycles
- Develop and implement new product ideas, working with cross-functional teams and regional brand teams
- Manage marketing initiatives, including digital and influencer marketing, in-store merchandising, and activations
Requirements
- Open to fresh graduates; experience in brand management or customer business development/sales preferred
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to be based in Manggahan, Pasig
