Senior Leadership Role

A senior leadership position is available for an Executive with expertise in application management services (AMS) delivery across multiple platforms in South East Asia.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AMS strategy focusing on Salesforce, Oracle, and SAP solutions to enhance service offerings and expand market presence.
  • Lead and inspire a team of AMS professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

Talent acquisition and development are key aspects of this role. Recruit, train, and retain top talent to build a high-performing AMS team. Encourage professional development and continuous learning to achieve service delivery excellence.

This leadership position requires strong business acumen and the ability to identify and leverage business opportunities to drive sales growth in the AMS sector across the region. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, partners, and industry leaders to enhance competitive positioning.

Effective financial management is essential in this role. Manage the profit and loss statement for the AMS division, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. Develop budgetary strategies that support sales initiatives and long-term growth objectives.

The successful candidate will serve as the principal point of contact for major clients in the region, ensuring their AMS needs are proactively met. Drive customer-centric initiatives to enhance the client experience and foster lasting partnerships.
