Job Title: Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Olympic Village Enterprises Inc.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and negotiating deals.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and implement efficient inventory management practices to minimize losses.
Requirements:
  • Candidate Qualifications: A minimum of 6 months of sales experience, a vocational diploma or short course certificate, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: The ability to work in a retail store environment, be physically fit, and adapt to changing schedules.

Estimated Salary: ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 per month (dependent on performance and location)
