Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic foreign exchange risk analyst to join our finance team. This role is critical to managing exposure to foreign currency fluctuations across multiple markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage the company's foreign currency exposure, ensuring accuracy in forecasting incoming and outgoing currency flows to support cash flow planning and risk management.
  • Collaborate with senior finance leaders on hedging strategies to minimize FX risk in line with the company's risk tolerance.
  • Reconcile FX transactions and provide regular reporting on exposures, gains/losses, and hedging performance.
  • Maintain relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive rates and service levels.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify improvements to FX risk management processes, systems, and tools.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of foreign exchange markets, financial instruments, and hedging techniques.
  • At least 3 years of experience working with multi-currency environments—ideally in the travel or tourism industry.
  • Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; experience with treasury management systems is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with a proactive approach.
