Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Ethics and Privacy leader to coordinate and facilitate our enterprise ethics and privacy activities across our organization.

  • Perform complex-level risk assessments to identify areas at potential risk, ensuring the highest level of compliance and security.
  • Conduct thorough ethics and privacy investigations, providing expert analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Administer comprehensive privacy communications and training programs, including content development, editing, and delivery.
  • Track and address/resolve privacy complaints, breaches, and vendor and technical issues, maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a user-friendly Privacy Office website, including regional materials posted to the site, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Develop, revise, approve, and distribute corporate and country Privacy policies and procedures, facilitating seamless implementation and communication.
  • Manage and monitor compliance efforts related to proposed privacy legislation and new privacy laws, ensuring timely action and resolution.
  • Support high-level legal and regulatory research to develop strategic action plans in partnership with Legal and Compliance partners.
  • Design and implement training and communication plans to promote awareness and understanding of ethics and privacy best practices.
  • Lead and manage scheduled and ad hoc ethics and privacy projects, driving results-oriented solutions and outcomes.
