**Job Title:** Performance Monitoring Analyst

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring the performance of various self-service machines and digital channels, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance user experience.

Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data to evaluate ATM performance, conducting regular evaluations to achieve target revenues and growth in transaction volumes, and providing recommendations to improve performance.

In addition, the role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless operations and leading programs to drive revenue growth and user satisfaction.

Other key tasks include new ATM commissioning, pre-implementation handling, and participating in tests related to EMV/Scheme Certification.
