Accounting Assistant Job Summary

The role of Accounting Assistant is crucial to our organization's financial operations. We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant with advanced expertise to lead our accounting processes and drive profitability.

This position requires strong leadership and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to financial problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and corporate financial management.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cost-efficiency and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
  • Oversee financial statement preparation, audits, and high-level financial reporting.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.
  • Guide and mentor junior accountants and financial analysts.
  • Provide expert-level financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
  • Advise executive leadership on accounting policies, tax implications, and financial best practices.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial strategy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Expert knowledge of accounting and financial software (SAP, QuickBooks Enterprise, Xero, or similar).
  • Excellent English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
