A talented Motion Designer is needed to join our creative team. This role will be responsible for creating engaging motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for various marketing projects.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, including composition, color theory, and typography. They will also be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in motion design, preferably in a digital marketing agency. They will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about storytelling through motion design and has excellent communication skills. The ability to work with keyframes, null objects, and compositing is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Create dynamic motion graphics, including titles, supers, explainer animations, and social content
  • Translate storyboards and creative direction into engaging and effective motion graphics
  • Add life to static designs using kinetic typography, transitions, animated infographics, and character rigging when needed
  • Enhance videos with sound design, background audio, and integrated visual effects to elevate narrative engagement
  • Work with pre-created assets to add motion and animation, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Strong understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography)
  • Ability to work with keyframes, null objects, and compositing
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
