Key Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, quality assurance).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in customer service.
  • Proven track record of improving quality and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
