The People Operations Coordinator role is responsible for supporting the HR function by assisting with various people operations activities and ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality service and consider how we can innovate and advance our People Operations backbone.
  • Assist with full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, employee change requests, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Manage employee data in Rippling, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Serve as point of contact for employee inquiries regarding People policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations documentation, including disciplinary actions and performance management processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR administration or similar role.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
