Responsibilities
- Business Development (40%)
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new SME clients, leveraging your expertise in business development and relationship-building.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients, tracking progress and following up to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and pitch presentations tailored to client needs.
- Client Relationship Management (40%)
- Work closely with leadership to align business objectives with long-term strategic goals, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Systematize business development processes to scale SME clients efficiently, leveraging technology and tools to enhance efficiency.
- Regularly assess and refine our go-to-market strategy based on client feedback, industry trends, and competitor activity.
- Leadership and Strategy (20%)
- Develop and implement strategies to build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships, driving satisfaction, retention, and growth of existing accounts.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, proactively addressing issues and providing timely solutions.
- Present regular performance updates, strategic insights, and recommendations to clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business goals.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar strategic role in a digital marketing or agency environment.
- A proven track record of driving business growth and managing client relationships in a B2B setting.
