Job Summary:

As a seasoned Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and streamlining the daily operations of a remote content creation team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules to ensure seamless coverage and meet all operational needs.
  • New Hire Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, peer mentorship assignments, and ensuring a smooth transition into the team.
  • Operational Support: Act as the primary point of contact for operational questions, workflow issues, and provide timely resolutions to maintain productivity.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and escalate concerns to leadership as necessary.
  • Process Improvement: Develop, maintain, and enhance standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting to optimize efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks, implement solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
