Operations Supervisor for Content Creators

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our content creator team. This role involves coordinating schedules, onboarding new hires, and mentoring team members to ensure seamless workflow.

  • Coordinate and communicate team schedules, ensuring consistent coverage.
  • Oversee the onboarding process, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  • Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  • Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within remote environments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to thrive independently, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for:
