Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our content creator team. This includes coordinating and communicating weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met.


Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate team schedules and ensure consistent coverage.
  • Develop and implement efficient onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Serve as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  • Monitor team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Continuously improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
  • Foster an inclusive and productive work environment across a remote team.
  • Deliver regular reports to management highlighting key operational metrics.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup or remote environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Proficiency using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is advantageous.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
