Customer Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Advocate I to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for resolving complex claims and returns requests.
Key Responsibilities- Perform in-depth research of debits to resolve customer claims and returns.
- Approve or deny returns based on policy and assist with dispute resolution.
- Review debit information and make direct calls to customers to obtain missing details.
- Monitor outstanding deductions and reconcile balances.
- Notify distribution centers of shipping discrepancies.
You will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless resolution of disputed claims or debits. Your excellent communication skills and ability to handle varying workloads will be essential in this role.
