Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills, with a focus on ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance Management: Implement and oversee effective preventive and predictive maintenance programs for machines and equipment.
  • Spare Parts Management: Develop and maintain complete spare parts lists for all machines/equipment and ensure timely availability of critical parts.
  • People Management: Lead and manage the Maintenance team by implementing agreed policies and procedures, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Education – Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Experience – Proven track record in preventive maintenance, equipment repair, and fabrication jobs, preferably in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong knowledge in machine troubleshooting, repair analysis, and fault-finding.
    • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, symbols, and technical data.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google tools.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong leadership capacity and ability to coach and motivate teams.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
    • Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
