A skilled professional with expertise in preventive maintenance and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

This position sits within the Engineering function and involves conducting routine maintenance inspections, diagnosing potential problems, and performing repairs.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks, identify issues, and carry out necessary repairs.
  • Assist with installing and modifying building equipment and systems.
  • Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials, and track completion using available systems.
  • Support energy efficiency by ensuring building systems operate optimally.
  • Inspect new or existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations, reporting any violations to management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or vocational graduate in facilities management or engineering.
  • NCII certificate required.
  • At least three years of experience in facilities management, engineering, or maintenance.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and facilities equipment.
  • Leadership and management experience.
  • Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
