We are currently seeking a skilled Data Insights Specialist to play a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights.

Job Overview:

You will work closely with the Executive Team and various Leaders to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, visual excellence, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build automated reports and dashboards using Power BI and other reporting tools.
  • Work with teams to understand reporting and analytical needs.
  • Provide insights and make recommendations based on data.
  • Conduct full lifecycle analysis to identify improvements.
  • Analyze complex data sets to recognize trends or patterns.
  • Collect and analyze data to provide ongoing reports.
  • Create interactive and visually appealing Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Implement data cleansing, validation, and transformation processes.
  • Integrate Power BI reports with other corporate tools and applications.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues within Power BI reports.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Provide training and support on Power BI usage and best practices.
Nice to Have:
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources into Power BI.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices.
  • Create documentation for Power BI solutions.
  • Establish and maintain data governance practices.
  • Collaborate with database administrators to optimize data retrieval and storage.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Power BI specialist.
  • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M language.
  • Strong SQL skills for data retrieval and manipulation.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
  • Experience in data modeling and designing scalable data architectures.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Good report writing and presenting skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
