Business Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly analytical professional to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency within our retail organization.

About the Role:

  • Analyze sales, customer behavior, and operational performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for business development.
  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations to support merchandising, pricing, and store operations teams.
  • Evaluate strategic initiatives including new store openings, category growth plans, and market expansion strategies.
  • Provide inputs for customer segmentation efforts and promotional effectiveness studies to optimize business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions that drive results.
  • Assist in setting performance key performance indicators (KPIs) and tracking outcomes for business projects and initiatives.
  • Present findings to leadership in a clear and concise manner, summarizing key insights and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or any related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in retail analytics, business intelligence, or consulting preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
