Job Opportunity

The Head of Treasury is responsible for leading and overseeing treasury operations, ensuring effective cash management and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day treasury activities, implementing processes for efficient cash positioning and payment approvals.
  • Monitor global cash positions to ensure liquidity for business operations in multiple markets.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls for secure financial transactions.
  • Generate reports and risk assessments to support financial planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate accounting linkage of treasury activities.
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks in high-risk environments.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in treasury operations with a focus on back-office activities (cash flow, controls, reconciliations).
  • Previous experience in fintechs or multinational companies with cross-border transactions.
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-country cash operations and navigating financial complexity.
  • Strong track record of implementing and maintaining financial controls.
  • Exposure to high-risk environments is beneficial.
  • Accounting knowledge or collaboration with accounting teams is highly valued.
