Job Overview

This role focuses on delivering full-time insurance and roofing estimating support, ensuring timely and accurate estimates are produced.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to interpret scopes of loss, manage communications with adjusters, and develop Xactimate estimates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Xactimate Estimate Preparation: Prepare and review Xactimate estimates for roof repairs and replacements, verifying line items, quantities, and pricing against scopes of loss.
  • Scope Analysis: Read, analyze, and extract action items from scopes of loss (SOL), track releases, and ensure SOLs are attached to the correct claims.
  • Adjuster Liaison: Schedule and participate in desk/phone/video adjuster meetings, clarify scope, coverage, and payment details, document meeting outcomes, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Claim Note Management: Maintain accurate claim notes, estimate revisions, and status updates in the CRM/claim tracking system.
  • Reporting and Updates: Provide daily/weekly updates to customer success managers on outstanding adjuster actions and SOL releases, assist with ad hoc reporting to improve turnaround and client satisfaction.
