Financial Operations Specialist
At Yosemite Oriental Supersystem Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing accurate and timely financial records of branch transactions. The successful candidate will safeguard company assets by establishing the accountabilities of branch personnel and monitoring compliance with established company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accuracy of Source Documents: Verify the accuracy and reliability of source documents, such as stock transfer slips, delivery receipts, and cash invoices.
- Financial Record Keeping: Generate periodic reports, including sales reports, collection reports, and aging of accounts.
- Risk Management: Detect and report anomalies, irregularities, and non-compliance with company directives.
- Establishment of Accountabilities: Determine the accountabilities of salesmen and warehouse personnel on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Reconciliation: Initiate the reconciliation of accounts by salesmen.
- Branch Expenses: Manage the branch cash fund used to pay for branch expenses.
- Accountable Forms: Responsible for managing accountable forms used in the branch.
- Corporate Assets: Maintain records of all corporate assets in the branch and perform periodic actual counts.
