Construction Bids Specialist

With a strong commitment to excellence and a vision to expand its operations globally, we are now seeking a skilled Construction Bids Specialist (Government) to join our team in Kawit, Cavite.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to assist in the preparation, review, and submission of bids and proposals for government contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and legal frameworks, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

1. Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of bids and proposals for government contracts.
2. Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
3. Ensure all bid submissions meet required specifications, deadlines, and formats.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes, procurement policies, and legal requirements related to government bidding.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients, ensuring clear communication throughout the bidding lifecycle.
6. Support contract negotiations and ensure all contract terms are favorable to the organization.
7. Maintain accurate records of all bids, including successful and unsuccessful submissions, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
8. Develop and implement strategies to increase the win rate of government bids.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Procurement, or a related field, and 3-5 years of experience in bid management, tendering, or government procurement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of government procurement processes, regulations, and legal frameworks, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
