Building on this success, we are now expanding our operations to the Philippines. As a result, we are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at Kawit, Cavite.

We require an exceptional individual with expertise in recruitment procedures, candidate sourcing, and interviewing techniques. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with candidates and team members;
• Maintaining proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

Qualifications and Requirements

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred;
• 3-5 years of experience in recruitment procedures, candidate sourcing, and interviewing techniques;
