This role involves delivering high-quality business insights and analytical services to drive business decisions. As a Business Insights Analyst, you will be responsible for developing ad-hoc analyses, reports, and communicating findings to stakeholders.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to capture requirements, collaborate on projects, and provide support for reporting infrastructure.

The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and experience in working with data visualization tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights
  • Capturing requirements through interviews and stakeholder analysis
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on reporting projects
  • Providing support for reporting infrastructure and tools
  • Determining opportunities for automation using different technologies
  • Leveraging data and business process knowledge to standardize data metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in data analysis, advanced Microsoft Excel, and SQL skills
  • Detail-oriented and proven project management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
