Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineering Lead to spearhead our company's AI-first future.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will own the development and implementation of our AI strategy across our ClinicOS platform. This strategic role requires strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for transforming healthcare through intelligent automation.

The ideal candidate will possess 6+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning. They should have a strong track record of building production applications powered by large language models (LLMs) and designing modern, customer-facing APIs using React or similar frameworks.

This role involves leading the development of AI systems that drive business outcomes, automating clinical workflows, and creating scalable solutions that meet the needs of millions of patients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including the Head of Engineering, CEO, and other AI engineers.
