Lead Visual Creative

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative Lead Visual Creative to drive the development and execution of visual assets for our marketing efforts. This role involves creating compelling graphics, videos, email creatives, social media content, and website materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging visual assets that align with brand identity and business goals.
  • Manage the entire creative production process from ideation to execution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, content) and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on creative assets to improve engagement and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all creative outputs meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management, Creative Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management role within a creative or digital marketing environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and coordinating creative teams to successful outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools, including ClickUp.
  • Proficiency in Canva for creating visual content.
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms for campaign creation, automation, and performance tracking.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive, highly motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical skills or experience in data analysis to interpret campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize creative strategies.
  • Creative skills with the ability to produce and edit photos and videos for marketing purposes; knowledge of photo and video editing software is essential.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good time management skills, including prioritization, scheduling, and adaptability.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging social media posts, email content, blogs, and articles.
  • Adaptable and fast learner, able to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Ability to handle constructive criticism and feedback with a positive attitude, using it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
