">Job Summary">We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to support our financial operations.
">Key Responsibilities">- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping across multiple accounts, ensuring accurate records and providing financial clarity for key stakeholders.
- Clear existing backlog of bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date records.
- Generate and send client invoices, track payments, and issue reminders as needed.
- Handle international transfers via secure platforms.
- Manage retainer billing for select clients.
- Track and organize financial records across multiple revenue streams.
- Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly reports.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping (at least 1 year) with a focus on small or creative businesses.
- Proficiency in cloud-based accounting software.
- Experience handling international transactions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good written and spoken communication skills.
- Comfortable using remote tools and collaboration platforms.
