We are seeking a seasoned Financial Management Specialist to oversee our key financial functions and support our company's growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and driven professional to join our management team and play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations to maintain a high level of financial stability.
  • Conduct cash flow analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize liquidity.
  • Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) initiatives, including budgeting and forecasting to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with management to provide actionable financial insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks and other relevant systems.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, ACCA, or CMA certification preferred.
  • Proven experience (3-5+ years) in financial management, accounting, or controlling roles.
  • QuickBooks experience required; Stride Retail (Odoo) knowledge is a plus.
  • U.S. market experience preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
